Happy Pride to our Queer Siblings!! Our Pride Episode will air next week!

This week, we talk about advocacy through sports, and we discuss an article written by the wonderful
Rev. Jan Edmiston about part-time ministry.

Question for the Week:
Let's talk about brands! Are you an apple or android user? Do you use a mac or a windows computer? Do you wear Nike or Adidas? Brands are constantly competing for our attention and our money. And some people are extremely loyal to a brand. How should we understand brands as people of faith? And is using the phrase "people of faith" a brand of its own?

Special Guests:

Rev. Unzu Lee, Regional Liaison for East Asia, PCUSA; currently based in Seoul, Korea; Susannah Stubbs; former Korea YAV

Guest Question:
As Americans and US citizens, I feel we don’t talk about conflicts in other countries and our own nation’s historical (and current) connections to them. We also don’t do much to try to affect change in other places because we assume it is someone else’s issue to deal with. Have you seen examples of this and do you know of campaigns that US citizens could participate in to affect change in other countries?
